The technical service department provides training for personnel operating and maintenance personnel. The course sessions can be given at your facilities or at our training center. Those trained by our qualified instructors will allow you:
- Minimize downtime, (often caused by lack of knowledge of equipment);
- Reduce expenses associated with service calls;
- Establish a preventive maintenance schedule to ensure optimal performance of equipment;
- Troubleshoot faster thanks to tested techniques;
- Maximize the performance of your equipment and software.
Instructors provide demonstrations of equipment while placing emphasis on preventive maintenance procedures and troubleshooting.
The courses are interactive, the personnel applies learning techniques directly on the hardware and software to fully familiarize themselves with these.
For companies who wish to deepen their existing knowledge or to get new knowlegde, refresh or deepen their knowledge of softwares or take over the maintenance / repair of your equipments, the Visuascan team will be happy to adapt training to suit your needs.
For reservations, please contact our technical department. The maximum limit is 6 participants per class (softwares) and 3 participants for the equipments to ensure the quality of training. (Note: A purchase order is required to confirm registration)
