VisuaScan Support & Maintenance
In order to provide quality service, the VisuaScan technical team offers a wide range of contracts to suit your specific business requirement. We offer preventive maintenance service and/or repair of printer and barcode identification equipment. We offer on-call or already planned service with you depending on your corporate production. The proposed contracts are offered at our service depot (depending on the type of equipment being serviced) or on site. Annual telephone support is also offered.
We have developed maintenance programs available to all customers, at a very reasonable cost.
Our contracts are flexible to meet your specific needs. They allow you to choose the best contract suited for your needs.

- Preventive maintenance plan on site or at depot
- Extended warranty plan from the manufacturer
- Annual plan for unlimited phone support
- On-site service plan (parts and labor)
- At depot service plan (parts and labor)
